To use our automated support center, you will need your customer log-in (which is usually the primary contact E-mail address within your organization), and customer password that was specified during registration.
If this is your first visit to our site and you need a password, you will need to register to obtain access to our advanced technical support options. Simply fill out our quick & easy registration form. A customer service representative will assign you a user name and password and E-mail you the information usually within 1-2 business days (24-48 hours)
